Grand old hotel, perfect location, professional staff. The rooms were incredible and warm. Everything was good and within 20 minutes' drive of Norfolk International airport. Nice services too! I had a really enjoyable stay.

All in all a cozy hotel and decent stay. Good value, absolutely perfect room and sweet staff. Absolutely gorgeous view, a little balcony, lovely bed, too. Good drinks at in-house bar, top-notch service.

The hotel of choice in Norfolk. The rooms with double bed. The property was located really close to Norfolk and river and walking path at river. Also, Norfolk Southern Museum was in close proximity to the hotel.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Bed was great, we loved it. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We dined out at d'egg diner, set only a short distance to the property.
